CyrusOne, has announced the availability of the AWS Direct Connect service at its Houston West data center campus, as well as through its National IX platform.
Customers will now be able to access Amazon Web Services through a private and secure network, which will not only reduce costs for them, but also deliver a more reliable network experience for their cloud workloads.
CyrusOne has been part of the AWS Partner Network Technology program, and has been providing its customers with access to Direct Connect since March 2016. Direct Access enables its users to get private network connection to access AWS services, rather than via the Internet.
