AWS Support Engineer - £45,000 - Fully remote

Are you an experienced Support Engineer with experience in AWS and troubleshooting?

Are you keen to work for a business that is full of projects given by Amazon?

My clients is the UK's fastest-growing AWS Consulting Partners and looking to grow their operations team. They are looking for an experienced candidate to provide 2nd /3rd line support work and serve as an escalation point for the 1st line support team.

Your main responsibility will be to support and resolve client issues and will be part of the delivery team to build, implement and manage platforms.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge around AWS core services
• Confident working with Linux
• Troubleshooting experience
• Solid support background
