Description

Our highly successful client is an Advanced AWS Consulting Partner. All of their work is sent directly from Amazon. They're looking for an AWS Customer Success Manager to join the team and manage their AWS Support Engineers. The team size is currently 4 with plans to grow up to 8.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Management of service desk
  • Management & mentorship of service desk/support staff
  • Implement and/or improve/manage various processes including:

o Escalation

o On-call rota

o Root Cause Analysis

o Time management

o Resource management

o SLA

o NPS

  • Attend regular customer reviews
  • Reporting for customers & internal
  • Act as an escalation contact
  • Improve overall customer experience

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience of managing a service desk function
  • Experience of implementing processes
  • Experience with AWS and/or Jira Service desk is an advantage
  • Excellent documentation & attention to detail
  • Time and task management with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience in a customer facing role
