The Solution Architect (SA) is a Quality Assurance and Software Testing professional fulfilling a practice service leadership, design, and implementation function. This role will be responsible for solution development for Continuous Testing Practice engagements in collaboration with TEKsystems sales partners.
The AWS Solution Architect (SA) is technical Cloud professional fulfilling a practice service leadership, design, and implementation function. This role will be responsible for solution development in collaboration with TEKsystems sales partners, around our client's end to end cloud implementation journey spanning the areas of cloud strategy, cloud infrastructure and enablement, migration and Cloud native development and Cloud Managed Services.
The SA will be the primary driver for identifying, scoping, and creating practice solutions. The solutions include, but not limited to, following and promoting a consistent and comprehensive approach of delivering solutions through People, Process and Technology practice standards. The SA will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining internal (TEK) and client stakeholder communications, relationship management and expectations management as part of solution development and presentation.
The SA will actively contribute and undertake initiatives for Cloud Enablement Practice IP development. The SA will bring thought leadership, current industry know-how and applied solutions to improve existing service capabilities, engagement and delivery challenges and any research and development activities that will focus on continuous maturity of the Cloud Practice toward operational optimization as well as align with contemporary trends.
* Provide Pre-Sales support through activities and discussions based on solutions within our Service Catalog to meet the needs of customer with any delivery-capable customizations as appropriate. This would encompass cloud enablement practice solutions or an integrated multi-practice solution when necessary.
o Architect and deliver high quality solutions through effective design, development, deliverables and implementation
o Provide Proof of Concept, Capabilities Demos, White-Board Workshops, Strategy Sessions (Enterprise and Department Goals, etc.)
* Ensure successful transition of Sales to Delivery initiation based on engagement directives from Statement of Work
* Manage solution roadmap, planning, estimation and initial delivery efforts through assessment
and recommendations for successful delivery
* Provide collaboration and engagement to delivery and sales Partners on a client engagement with an operating rhythm toward successful delivery to achieve high customer satisfaction
* Develop trusted advisor relationship with recurring touchpoints with key client stakeholders facilitating open and collaborative consulting support toward business and reputational growth.
* Provide thought leadership and critical problem solving as well as tactical and strategic planning to the project/engagement leadership
* Alignment with delivery partners, compliance to client's requirements (industry and IT process) and TEK service methodology as part of solution development
* Provide hiring support, onboarding, mentoring/coaching and performance management for appropriate team resources
* Provide practice status reporting covering various items including Delivery and Practice activities
* Contribute to sales collateral such as case study support, account profiling, client presentations design etc.

Cloud Enablement and Architecture
o Experience architecting application designs using AWS Services or other leading cloud providers
o Building, migrating and testing solution within cloud environments
o Designing end to end application and data security
o Integration with on-premise applications, cloud providers or other platforms
o Implementing cost optimized solutions (based on usage, business requirements and budget)
o Deep expertise in various architecture design patterns
o Strong application architecture skills with focus on performance coupled with cloud native technologies.
o Architectural knowledge of data center infrastructure including networking, servers, storage infrastructure and virtualization.
o Understanding of software quality assurance, CI/CD principles
